I've contacted them on several occasions. I even bought the guardian package which ensures my delivery.

It really frustrated me that I couldn't contact anyone at Jordan Graig to discuss my issue. I think that is bad business when your customer's can't contact you about an order that was place with you.
Especially when they are not phone savvy. What you might say is easy can be difficult for others.

Resolved: Neighborhood watch protection
I wanted to purchase a pair of khaki cargo pants. When I went to check out, I noticed that the charge went from $85 to $115.
Upon review of the details, they charged me $30 for the Neighborhood Watch fee. They didn't ask if I wanted it, which really angered me. But what was worse is the explanation for why I should get it. Clothing sizes vary by manufacturer, etc.
So, if I didn't get the watch plan, then I would be charged for exchanging the item for a different size. This Neighborhood Watch doesn't give refunds, exchanges, cancellations, etc., if you don't purchase their protection plan. These are very poor business practices. I don't shop with companies that don't value me as a customer.
Thank goodness that I caught this mess before buying. I will make it my business to only shop at websites that I can call, and that have a good return policy. I spend 99% of my shopping online. And because of their business practices, they won't get a dime from me.
I have a big mouth. I'll be sure to tell everyone not to shop at their website.

Ordered a red leather hoodie in large and requested an exchange for the hoodie In medium because the large was huge so I sent it back in original packing and tags on it and I was given a refund less than what I paid for the hoodie. Tried reordering the hoodie and none of the codes texted to me work so Im just very unhappy

Jordan Craig is the worst clothing company I’ve ever dealt with WARNING TO ALL CUSTOMERS SHOP ELSEWHERE
The company's return policy is poor. They are essentially robbing people.
They won't give you a refund or return your product once you mail it back.
This is just terrible. Their days are numbered.

I order frm Jordan Craig but haven’t received my package
It said my package was delivered, but I haven't received my package. I didn't hear a knock on the door.
I don't know if they left my package outside the building, but if they did, people do steal.
I went out there as well and did not see anything. I even knocked on all the neighbors' doors; no one has seen my package.
